More than 1000 people benefited from the Mobile Refraction Van Project run by 2.5 NVG India in rural areas of the country.

2.5 NVG India conducted a 6-day Mobile Refraction Van Project (MRVP) eye camp earlier this month in a remote village to the east of the country.

Out of the 1310 people who received screening, 1053 required vision corrrection. 783 pairs of glasses were issued on the spot while 270 pairs were delivered to the recipients 3 to 4 days after their screening. 91 patients from the eye camp are also being sent for cataract surgery at partnering hospital SN Kolkata in Chennai.
